Consistent color and grain pattern for your entire order is ensured by stocking “same batch” stock. From Hard Maple to Honduran Mahogany, Cherry to Cypress, Poplar to Padauk and anything in between....we can do it all!

Maple is a light wood with closed, subdued grain and a uniform texture. Maple is a popular choice for painted finishes or a contemporary look.

Very hard wood recommended for lighter stains.

Cherry


Cherry has a rich color and flowing grain pattern. Colors vary from light to dark reddish brown. Cherry is light-sensitive and darkens significantly with age.

Finishes well in all colors.

Walnut


Walnut has a beautiful, straight, open grain pattern which ranges from a deep rich chocolate brown to purplish black colors.

Color can sometimes have a grey, purple, or reddish cast. Sapwood is pale yellow-gray to nearly white. Figured grain patterns such as curl, crotch, and burl are also seen.

Alder affords a uniform grain pattern similar to cherry. Color varies slightly from reddish brown to light tan or honey.

Grain is generally straight, with a moderately fine, uniform texture.
